I’m Jo, the founder of The Happiness Club. 

 

As an Advanced Hypnotherapist with a psychology degree and a diploma in mindfulness, I believe good mental healthcare is something everyone deserves.

 

Like you, I’ve faced life’s curveballs and learned how powerful daily mental health care can be. I spent a lot of my life not loving me, not trusting me, and not paying attention to me – especially when I became a mum!

 

It took many years for me to learn to make myself the most important person in my life – which puts me in a position to be a better person for all the people I love. 

 

I realised that taking a few minutes every day created a powerful routine of self-love and care that helped me build the life I deserved. 

 

That’s why I created this Club – a place where you can find practical strategies, expert support, and a sense of community. Because mental well-being shouldn’t feel out of reach for anyone!
